Ted Rich, co-founder of Community Enrichment Financial Group has 39 years of experience in financial education services and has taught more than 300 retirement planning workshops throughout New Jersey since 1986. Ted completed his Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP) designation from The American College of Financial Services in 2022. This allows him to provide older adults with the advice they need to prepare for and live in retirement
Born and raised in South Jersey, Ted has been in the financial industry since 1983. Ted is a graduate of the University of Delaware and earned his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP) designations from the American College of Financial Services. In 2013 he received his Retirement Income Planning Certificate from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania. .
He has been involved in many community activities and is a Life Member and former Chairman of the Board of the Seashore Gardens Living Center of Galloway Township. In addition, Ted previously served on the Atlantic County Crime Stoppers Board & Linwood Public School Superintendent's Advisory Council. Ted is also a Financial Professional in the Linwood, NJ office of Primary Financial. Ted resides in Linwood with his wife Janet and they have two adult children.

Hank has made it his focus to help fellow Millennials with reducing debt from student loans and beginning their financial journey through smart financial decisions.
Before joining the financial industry Hank was the External Director of Terp Thon, a dance marathon that supports the Children's Miracle Network, the largest student-run philanthropy in the state of Maryland. Hank served as the Inaugural Chairman for the Terp Thon Alumni Network and is an active alumnus of Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity.
In June of 2017, Hank accepted an offer to follow his desire to enter the non-profit world where he can make a difference in the lives of children in need. He is now an Senior Associate Director - Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals for the Children’s National Health System in Washington, D.C. Hank and his wife Brittney reside in Rockville, MD.
